Elliot has deep principal investment experience in sports, media & entertainment as well as financial services, among other industries. Previously, Elliot was a Member of the Supervisory Board of OGC Nice, a Ligue 1 club, and Director for FieldTurf, one of the world's best-known synthetic turf sports fields brands. Jean-Marc is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Crescent Capital Group, a $50+ billion AUM alternative asset manager with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago and London. In addition to his extensive credit and structured equity experience, Jean-Marc has direct sports investment experience through a minority position in the Milwaukee Brewers, a Major League Baseball team. Alex Pomeroy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quail Hill Holdings, a private investment vehicle focused on consumer brands across sports, cosmetics, and beverages. Mike Meldman is the Founder and CEO of Discovery Land Company, a global leader in private luxury residential communities. Mike is currently spearheading a landmark development in Comporta, Portugal – a 722-acre coastal resort consisting of exclusive residences, golf, and wellness amenities. This $551 million investment reflects his long-term belief in Portugal as a premier global destination for business, tourism well-being, and an attractive country for permanent residency.

Omar Imtiaz is CEO and Managing Director of Imtiaz Holdings. He brings deep experience in real estate, private equity and wealth management, having advised prominent families, entrepreneurs, corporations, and governments for over 20 years. Notably, Omar was involved in the initial land aggregation process for the takeover of Manchester City FC and previously involved in the successful OGC Nice transaction alongside Elliot Hayes.
Since May 2025, Lenore Sports Partner has been a shareholder in Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD, the business and management arm of Sport Lisboa e Benfica (“Benfica”). Benfica was founded in 1904 and is widely recognized as, not only the biggest club in Portugal, but one of the biggest in Europe.
